At Dickies, we pride ourselves in delivering the highest-quality products for our customers, but if you purchased an item from us or from one of our authorized sellers that doesn't meet your expectations, contact us. We will reach out to you for either a refund, replacement, or a gift card. We guarantee quality and value in all purchases from our authorized sellers, and stand by the expected life of the item. Therefore, we're happy to work with you reasonably, fairly and with you, as a customer in mind. 

Please note that because we can't control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
